Limited.  On two days Survey, received overwhelming response from all corner of Capital of Chhattisgarh

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in food processing segment, declined 57% to USD 393.4 million (Approx INR2,926 Crores) in financial year 2020- 21 to compared to previous Financial year 2019-2020.

 

So far, Ministry has approved 41 Mega Food Parks, 353 Cold Chain Projects, 63 Agro Processing cluster, 292 food processing units, across India.

“A thin slice of Potato baked or fried until crunchy is known as Potato Chips. “

These are basically used as snacks, appetizer, tongue taste change, additives with meal etc.

The potato chips are cooked at 150-170º C at 3-8 minutes although the testing fried temperature and time recorded as maximum of 170 degree C/8 min.

It is long standing concern of containing Sodium due to salt but exploration done to use crystal salts which contain much lesser quantity of sodium than even a breakfast meal.

Manufacturing Potato Chips, the burn part of chips are sorted and removed, however the right temperature of maintained for the purpose of health.

As per US RDA (US Recommended Daily Allowances) is a Food & Drug administration specifically use of nutrients labeling, Potato Chips contain Vitamin C, B6, Magnesium, Phosphorus , Zinc, copper.
